The 40-second tour of Gatsbie for investors (turn the sound on)

Most funds receive far more decks than they can read, and most of those decks don't fit the mandate. Gatsbie takes over the most repetitive part of early due diligence: finding out, quickly and with reasons, which startups fit your thesis and which don't, so your team spends its time on the companies that actually belong in your pipeline.

We don't promise to replace judgment or magically deliver "the best deals". We help you get to the right ones faster.

What you can do with Gatsbie

1. Screen up to 20 startups at once

Upload pitch decks (or pick startups, paste text, or add a website), choose the fund to screen against, and run. Every startup gets:

  • a verdict (Good fit, Borderline, Weak fit, Pass) and a fit score out of 100;
  • the evidence behind it: quotes from the deck and from your thesis and portfolio;
  • weighted sub-scores: thesis alignment, stage, sector, geography, ticket size, portfolio synergy and founder/market;
  • a separate quality score, plus a one-pager, an investment memo and a downloadable PDF report to share with your team.

2. Keep every deal in a Startup CRM

Every screened startup lands in your Startup CRM, ranked by fit and quality. Switch between a table and a board, and move deals from Inbox → Reviewing → Meeting → Due diligence → Passed. Open any startup to see its screening, financials, round and notes.

3. Follow a fund and receive high-fit deal flow by email

Click the bell on any fund (your own, or a peer or competitor fund) to subscribe to high-fit startup alerts. Set a minimum fit score (for example 75) and choose a daily or weekly digest. When new startups score above your threshold, Gatsbie emails you the list, each with its score and the reason it fits.

4. Built on website-first fund data

Each fund field comes from the fund's own website first. Anything taken from elsewhere on the internet or estimated by AI is labelled as such. You can add any fund just by pasting its URL.

When to choose which:

  • Gatsbie if you want every inbound deck screened against your thesis, with reasons you can share, and a feed of new high-fit startups without building searches yourself.
  • Harmonic if you need a large startup-discovery dataset and run your own sourcing queries.
  • Affinity if your priority is relationship intelligence across your team's email and calendars.
  • Dealum if you run an angel network or group with member voting and application forms.
  • V7 Go if you want to build your own custom document-processing agents.

Many funds combine tools. Gatsbie is designed to sit at the top of the funnel and work alongside your existing CRM.
